Refund Review Conditions

  • A partial refund may be considered if work started but cannot be completed for a verified reason.
  • Completed orders are generally not refundable unless a clear issue is verified.

  • The user changes their mind after the service is complete or mostly completed as agreed.

Review Process

  1. Contact Discord support and provide the order code.
  2. Admin reviews order status, progress, payment, and related information.
  3. The result will be communicated after review.
