Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion or anonymization of website account data and linked Discord/Facebook data where operationally possible.

Scope

  • Trisnguyennn website account data.
  • Linked Discord account data used for server membership and account linking.
  • Linked Facebook account data, including a safe stored profile URL if present.

How to Submit a Request

  1. Contact support through Discord support.
  2. Provide your account name, email when available, and sign-in provider such as Discord or Facebook.
  3. Admin will verify account ownership before processing the request.
  4. Data will be deleted or anonymized where possible after operational checks.

Limits

Some order, support, payment, security, anti-fraud, or accounting records may need to be retained for a reasonable period. When full deletion is not possible, Trisnguyennn will limit or anonymize data where appropriate.
